As a Director of Working Capital at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial performance and driving efficiency across our global operations. You will be responsible for managing and improving working capital metrics, including inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, to ensure optimal cash flow and profitability.
You will report directly to our Business Analysis & Planning Leader and work out of the Aerospace Technologies headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. This position will require a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of on-site and remote work.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our financial health and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital, drive cycle time efficiency, and improve cash flow. Your expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management will be critical in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Drive integrated business planning through financial alignment with the SIOP process
Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital metrics, including inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
Develop short/medium/long term cash and working capital forecasts in line with business objectives
Understand trends and deliver insights to business leadership to anticipate changes in competitive environment and other performance drivers
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and working capital levels.
Implement and maintain robust financial controls and risk management practices.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or working capital management
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management
Proven track record of driving working capital improvements
Exception analytical skills (linking results to drivers, and drivers to forecasts)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
