What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint,SharePoint) for efficient project management.
Proven ability to implement and execute multi-team program managementinitiatives, ensuring on-time delivery of product roadmaps, and keysuccesses. Adept at navigating cross-functional dependencies, optimizingworkflows, and ensuring we build the right things, at the right time,and within budget.
Proactive communication approach, regularly communicate progress,roadblocks, and needs to senior leadership, aligning stakeholders withpriorities and GTM plans. Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and business
Comfortable navigating both agile and waterfall methodologies, adjustingproject management approaches as needed.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Intelligence, BusinessManagement, or a related field.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of jobresponsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU officelocation for a minimum of two days a week.We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you areproficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support yourdevelopment in:
Advanced program management methodologies, such as PERT, CCPM, or AgileProgram Management.

Impact You'll Make:
This role reports to the Vice President, Strategy & Operations,Marketing Solutions.
Play a pivotal role in Marketing Solutions' success, acting as a keyliaison and voice for product teams.
Own day-to-day program management tasks, including:
Tracking and reporting against Marketing Solutions' addressabilitymilestones and KPIs across all workstreams.
Managing, updating, and reporting on product development progress relatingto addressability KPIs.
Monitoring cross-team dependencies, informing stakeholder needs, andupdating roadmaps as needed.
