Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Research Advisor to design and execute the development of CMC aspects of synthetic molecules from pre-clinical phases through commercialization. Contribute to the formulation, process development, and control strategy of drug substances and drug products. Work with internal and external manufacturing partners to develop the manufacturing processes and control strategies. Prepare manufacturing and controls portion of investigational new drug applications and prepare information for annual updates. Develop pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial formulations, including preparing plans and timetables for project work. Lead technology transfer to manufacturing. #LI-DNI
Position requires a PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or a related field and 1 year of academic or employment experience with multivariate data analysis and vibrational spectroscopy. Academic or employment experience must include: 1 year of experience with commercial analytical modeling and chemometric applications; 1 year of experience designing, developing, and implementing analytical spectroscopic methodologies; 1 year of experience with statistical design of experiments and appropriate modeling tools; 1 year of experience with commercial instrument control software and data analysis environments for efficient data analysis workflows; 1 year of experience authoring and reviewing technical documents that capture hypotheses, experimental designs, details, and findings; and 1 year of experience with instrument engineering including design, development, and/or modification of analytical platforms.
