Advanced Warehouse Operator
Description
We are looking for a talented Advanced Warehouse Operator to join our team in Odessa, Texas.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
Check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
Pick, pack, and dispatch incoming and outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
Operate Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV), Forklift and other warehouse machinery.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Forklift and/or other warehouse machinery operating experience preferred.
Requires Cummins provided certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc..).
Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally, wear required personal protective equipment.
This position will require a complete DMV driving report but no Driver Qualification file, a current valid license is required.
This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free from major violations, must be 18 years old with 2 years driving experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
