Key Skills (in ranked order):

　　Experienced with Cooper Standard Livonia lab equipment and staff. Can interface and work effectively with the Livonia lab to schedule the use of equipment around LTR tests with minimum interruption to both the project and LTR. Experienced in executing structured DOEs (Factorial and Orthogonal arrays) and managing the pitfalls often encountered in their execution. Experience in brainstorming and setting up structured experiments. Experienced with the execution of testing. Experience with the proper collection of data. Experienced with Electromechanical Coolant Valve test protocols. Experience with sample teardowns and reporting.
