Qualified candidates will be analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile methodologies; Leading multiple modeling, simulations and analysis efforts to uncover the best ETL solutions; Developing and enhancing data solutions using business intelligence tools and distributed systems, such as Spark and Azure cloud services; Designing technical solutions for data workflows and formats using JSON, Parquet, and XML in accordance with approved project requirements; Developing collections systems and object storage technologies including S3, Minio, Ceph and Microsoft Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS); Building source-to-source target mapping to extract, transform and load (ETL) data into the data warehouse and cloud platforms; Coding to achieve automation and containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, Spark on Kubernetes, Spark Operator; Executing continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure and DevOps; Analyzing, optimizing and validating data stores using NoSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra and/or HBase queries; Developing and implementing complex data warehouse and data mart solutions using Python, Django, Boto3, AWS, Ansible, CI/CD, Azure, SIEM Pipelines, and Docker; Designing reports and dashboards for the data solutions; Developing the data mappings using ETL standard; Developing and implementing test validations of the data; Developing and executing system level testing; Analyzing test result and recommending modifications to meet project specifications; Participating in the deployment of data into the data warehouses and cloud platforms; Creating and delivering end-user training and documentation; Documenting modifications and enhancements made to the data solutions for management as required by the project.Salary: $47.00 to $90.00/hr.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and two years' experience in position or two years' experience in IT field.Special requirements: Experience with Python, Django, Boto3, AWS, Ansible, CI/CD, Azure, SIEM Pipelines, and Docker. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required.
