Our client, a high profile Global Corporation headquartered in the Pacific NW is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of special project team installing updates on a backstock of devices. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, SOP driven preferably with inventory experience or the ability to learn inventory which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Hardware:
Execute Retrofits
Perform Reworks
Conduct Repairs - Diagnose and repair hardware issues efficiently.
Inventory Management:
Re-establish and optimize the 2-bin system for program-related inventory.
Maintain optimal inventory levels for current programs.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team for timely replenishment.
Identify and remove obsolete inventory.
Organize and uphold the 2-bin system during project changes, adhering to 5S standards.
What’s Needed?
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Background as a hardware technician.
Proficient in spreadsheet usage.
Willingness to learn the operation of a manual high-reach pallet jack.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Previous experience in managing inventory for small business units.
Experience with or ability to learn the 2-bin inventory management system.
