Job Details Cardiac Cath APP Responsibilities: Provides and manages continuous, medical care service to patients under direct consultation with the Medical Director of Cardiac Cath Lab, and in collaboration with the private medical attending as indicated Responds to the requests of the nursing staff as required to ensure patient care and safety Must have current experience in the care of patients post cardiac cath procedures and maintain current collaborative practice agreement with the Medical Director of the Cath Lab. Cardiac Cath APP Qualifications: NYS Certified NP (Nurse Practitioner) or NYS Certified PA (Physician Assistant) Trained in adult medicine, with current experience in cardiology, particularly Cardiac Interventional ACLS & BLS certified Experience in patient case management required; hospital experience preferred. Cardiac Cath APP Requirements: Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and loud noises Moderate physical activity; requires handling of average-weight objects up to 20 pounds or standing/walking for more than four (4) hours per day Work environment involves exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive precautions and may include the use of protective equipment. Salary Range USD $85.00 - USD $85.00 /Hr.
