Job Details The Advanced Practice Provider Critical Care will assist collaborating physicians in providing assessments, diagnosis, care and treatment of patients in an acute care setting. Responsibilities will include: • Appropriate ordering of tests and medications • Coordinating admissions and/or transfers to other facilities • Consult with multidisciplinary team in patient coordination of care and discharge planning • Advanced Practice Critical Care Provider Requirements: • Critical Care experience required • Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekend rotations and nights. 7A-7P/7P-7A • Bachelor of Science, Masters preferred in an AMA approved PA or NP program • NYS Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License or Limited Permit • PA or NP Board Certification • BLS and ACLS certification Salary Range USD $63.38 - USD $88.31 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
