　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Under the direction of the Director of Activities, conducts activities for residents and conducts and sets standards for 1:1 activity therapy for selected residents. Assists Director with coordination and implementation of routine duties and activities.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Required Education: High School Diploma or GED

　　Required License Certification: Certification Prior to or within 1 year of employment Preferred License: CNA, AAC (NCCAP)

　　Required Experience: Two years of previous activities experience

　　Preferred Experience: Two years of previous activities experience, preferably in skilled-nursing home environment. Two years CNA experience, preferably in skilled-nursing facility.

　　High School Graduate / GED
