Job Summary: Provides a broad range of high-level administrative support to the Senior Director of Adoption/Executive Director of Adoption, including maintaining ED's schedule, arranging meetings, and providing other administrative support. Provide support to the Adoption Services leadership team. Requires incumbent to work under very low level of supervision and operate autonomously. Primary duties include preparation of financial budgets, billing, analyses, program metrics and related reports. Annual salary between $43,271.11 - $48,079, depending on qualifications. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Three or more years of administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred. Ability to manage complex data, attention to detail, good judgement, and ability to exercise confidentiality. Skill and knowledge in application of accounting principles, accounts receivable and billing. Strong ability to work independently with limited supervision, be organized and multi-task. Ability to work independently and to support and contribute to a cohesive team environment. Ability to communicate well using verbal and written methods. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work with and advocate for all clients served - regardless of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or family type.
