　　Operate machines in a safe and efficient manner to be productive while maintaining high quality standard

　　Required Qualifications:

　　High school graduate or equivalent

　　Mechanical experience

　　Factory experience a plus

　　Responsibilities/Duties:

　　Must be able to work a twelve-hour shift with overtime required both weekly and on weekends.

　　Must be able to familiar with and knowledgeable of small hand tools.

　　Able to read a tape measure.

　　Safely comply with all written and verbal safety rules of plant and department assigned to.

　　Able to wear all personal protective equipment.

　　Maintain good housekeeping.

　　Capable of lacing-up plastic through equipment.

　　Learn all future tasks of the job.

　　Show continuous improvement throughout training process.

　　Identify and use standard hand tools.

　　Compute basic math, such as adding, dividing, subtraction, percentages, etc.

　　Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16"

　　Identify all E-stops on the machine in which they are being trained on,

　　Able to activate the E-stops on a machine by means of pushing of pulling the E-stop.

　　Relieve fellow coworkers for breaks.

　　Assist fellow coworkers as needed to maintain levels of production.
