Administrative Support Professional (Part-time)? We seek a part-time administrative supportprofessional to join our dynamic, collaborative firm. The individualwill be expected to routinely schedule internal and external meetingsbetween staff and clients, clearly communicate via email regardingscheduling activities, and other duties as assigned based on experienceand skills. We seek someone with:? ? ability to problem-solve and workindependently;? ? strong verbal and written communication skills andattention to detail; ? proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Teams,and Zoom for scheduling large meetings, including audio and visualcomponents; ? proficiency in Microsoft Word; ? ability to proofread andedit documents to ensure accuracy and proper formatting;? ? solidorganizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks; and ? quickresponse times during normal business hours when contacted regarding newwork.? Proficiency in PowerPoint preferred but not required. Thisposition requires one to five years of relevant work experience orrecent graduation from an undergraduate program of studies. We willconsider other equivalent experience, such as personal or volunteeringexperience, in addition to traditional professional experience. Hourlyrate is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
