A Place to Be Proud.ResponsibilitiesSchedules appointments and meeting locations and maintain calendars; coordinates business events.Manages travel arrangements including air reservations, scheduling options, hotel and car rental.Develops travel itineraries in alignment with NCH standards. Responsible for completion of reimbursement requests.Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures. Anticipates problems and proposes solutions in advance.Coordinates special projects within assigned department.May provide assistance in training and orientation of colleagues.Collaborates with research staff to create monthly team schedule and manages time keeping system.Responsible for minute taking as assigned and EndNote preparation and management.Formats and orders materials for the following, along with preparation of: presentations,manuscripts, abstract submission, grant submissions, CV's, dossiers, biosketches.Payment for research participation via ClinCard Greenphire system.QualificationsEducation Requirement:High School Diploma or Equivalent; business-related or professional development coursework preferred.Skills:Proficiency in MS Office.Excellent oral and written communication.Strong command of the English language, grammar and spelling.Interdisciplinary program planning required.Data analysis and analytical thinking.Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.Experience:Three years administrative experience preferred.
