Serving as the first point of contact for the School, the incumbent will provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Duties include coordinating the Director and department schedules; updating and maintaining all department databases, Listservs and website; managing department Procard; making travel arrangements; space reservation; and more.
