Main Duties & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:The IT Administrator willbe an initial point of contact for colleagues to receivesupport and maintenance. They will provide technical support to users byresearching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, andmaintaining workstation and LAN performance. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:Experience in configuring, deploying, and managing desktops, laptops,scanners, software, and printersExperience in database administrationMinimum 3 years of experience in IT related field 5 years preferred3+ years of experience with Windows Professional OS3+ years of experience with Windows Server OS3+ years of experience with SQL databases in a business settingA+ or Network+ certification or better preferred, or equivalent experience.
