Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Run full concentrate importation process including customs (VEPs, INAL), responsible for local and Int'l Purchase Order, transport between supplier and customs and flow between Customs WH and Pepsico WH.
Inventory Management (Inbound/outbound, SAP inbound and outbound).
In charge of Finance Monthly Closing reports (Inventory, in-Transit volume, Month sales, Write-off risk, etc)
Control legal docs from PGCS (Certificates of analysis, Invoices) to ensure local legal requirements;
Responsible for Invoice Payment with Accounts Payable ensuring all payments are done timely;
Key contact between bottler, local Warehouse and broker.
Responsible for all SAP transactions (PO, Inventory, BOM, Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master);
PO Issuing for all areas (Operations, Supply Chain, Innovation, Marketing)
Customer Complaints governance (End-to-end);
Support COMEX for Chile
Your Impact
As Admin Sr Assistant your functions would consist of
Demand Planning:Local Procurement: Purchase Order Operation for other ingredients (Local Flavors, Sodium Benzoate)Receive the bottler's concentrate forecastIssue a Purchase order controlling DII according to standard levelImport Process:Main contact with custom broker in order to optimize the importation process and apply Government requirements. Follow up customs regulations, taxes & legal, INAL regulationMonthly update the customs clearance report to ensure the correct cost assignmentInventory Management:Responsible for picking and invoicing in Argentina and support ChileCreate credit and debits notes to business requirements aligned with Controller Manager
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
University Degree, working experience in Logistics, Foreign trade, International business, Business Admin (required)
Experience
Ability to communicate well with senior management, peers and bottlers management staff,
Strong Negotiation skills, Multi-culture interacting capabilities, Independent decision Making and judgment, Fluent in Spanish and advanced level of English (Portuguese desirable) Advanced Excel skills; (required)SAP experience (required)
