DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will be situated within an office environment at the TR Engineering District Office 2-0 building. The responsibilities assigned to the student include scanning, organizing, tracking, and documenting essential paperwork that supports the daily operations of the office. This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
You will collaborate closely with the Clerical Supervisor to ensure that all assigned duties are completed effectively. This partnership will facilitate the smooth execution of tasks related to paperwork management, contributing to the overall functionality of the office. The role is integral to maintaining organized records and supporting the operational workflow within the engineering district.

You must be at least 16 years old at time of hire.You must be enrolled in high school as a Junior or Senior during the 2024-2025 school year.Additional Requirement:
Letter of Recommendation: You must attach a Letter of Recommendation from your school's co-op coordinator, career or guidance counselor, or similar designated school professional indicating you meet your school's requirements and are being recommended for this opportunity.Work Permit: Minors will be required to submit their Work Permit upon acceptance of this position.By participating in this program, the student and school agree to use the Commonwealth's Training Plan, Statement of Responsibilities, and Student Performance Evaluation.
