Job Title: Administrative / Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex calendars
Manage meeting and event coordination (may include all logistics for offsite, agendas, document creation, etc.)
Create and proofread all materials for accuracies and clarity
Manage phone calls, email, file organization, office storage and office supplies
Manage global travel including; visa/passport request, travel arrangements, and expense reports
Maintain organizational charts and distribution lists for all areas being supported
Interaction with individuals from all levels of the organization
Function as liaison for leaders in contacting individuals outside the organization
Prepare effective and accurate PowerPoint presentations
Data entry
SharePoint site administration
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Maintaining distribution lists, SharePoint sites, Teams pages, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of related experience
High School Diploma
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to integrate technology, tools, and capabilities into business processes
Exceptional Customer Service and Customer-first mindset
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organization skills with attention to detail
Ability to think proactively, manage multiple priorities, and changing work demands
High level of independent judgment and decision making to analyze and resolve highly confidential of complex nature of work
Strong partnership skills with ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization in a diplomatic and courteous manner
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability to handle confidential information and topics appropriately
Ability to influence others for effective and efficient results
Strong learning agility
