The Rock at La Cantera includes the state-of-the-art Victory Capital Performance Center, Spurs Club, The Frost Plaza, and restaurants which will host great events of all sizes, plus a stunning 22-acre park and space for medical, retail, and hospitality use.
Responsibilities:
Plan, detail and execute assignments given.
Responsible for preparing department forms.
Provide appropriate documentation to the accounting department to generate invoices.
Support the culinary operations for special events, as assigned.
Support the overall day to day operations for the culinary department front of house to include: maintaining documentation, generating change reports and weekly event tracking reports.
Monitor the restaurant calendar.
Manage Yellow Dog software for culinary department.
Assist with onsite event management for front and back of house.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year in hospitality administrative role preferred.
Working knowledge of culinary/food & beverage processes and policies.
Detail oriented and experience in culinary field and administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest and understanding of the hospitality industry.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office to include document formatting.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Creative and ability to think outside the box.
Must be available for a flexible schedule.
