Fulfillment Manager
Description
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for meeting fulfillment performance objectives and business targets by setting clear,
measurable goals.
Develop and implement work systems to support production and material planning, scheduling, and
movement of materials, as well as inbound, sequencing, and lineside delivery.
Utilize tools such as Place For Every Part (PFEP), virtual inventory control, warehouse management, and
material methods to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent excess, shortages, and inaccuracies
with defined systematic controls.
Develop standardization of training programs for all staffing levels, monitor and evaluate effectiveness,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics.
Work cross functionally with various internal departments to develop executable production plans to
meet the needs and goals of the organization.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities by determining root causes and developing corrective
action plans while focusing on safety, quality, and waste elimination.
Review workforce layouts, fulfillment methods, and handling efficiencies by auditing processes to improve
material flow, reduce errors, and improve overall cost.
Responsible for resource planning and talent development, with an emphasis on succession planning.
Develop and drive strategic initiatives aligned with the business vision, with the ability to effectively plan,
communicate, and execute strategies.
Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard and understood,
empowered and valued.
Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives,
engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field required
Years of Experience: 5 or more years of relevant experience required
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, SAP preferred
