Description

　　Our client in Annapolis is looking for an administrative coordinator to assist facilities. This position plays a key role in managing and maintaining the physical facilities of an organization. They are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for employees. The role involves coordinating and overseeing various facility-related activities and services.

　　Prior experience with coordinating meetings, set up and break down- must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

　　Professional Skills

　　• 2-3 years’ experience using room layouts to set-up rooms for trainings and meetings

　　• Adept with technology, Microsoft Office Suite

　　• 2-3 years’ experience with using training/meeting technology (e.g. presentation software and equipment)

　　• 2-3 years troubleshooting technology-driven issues
