PURPOSE
The Administrative Associate IV works under general supervision and provides advanced administrative support work for the College of Business.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Cross-train with Administrative Coordinator I in all areas of responsibility, including but not limited to:
lnterfolio (Promotion & Tenure, Faculty Annual Evaluations)
Events/Catering/SSC setups
Website updates
Social Media presence (Facebook, lnstagram, Linkedln)
Facilities/Maintenance
Maintenance/Archiving of records
Assist Dean's Office personnel in handling office affairs by facilitating the efficient use of time and other personnel resources.
Provide administrative support to department chairs.
Faculty/adjunct/teaching specialist search coordination
Administration of search processes
Campus visit scheduling/coordination for candidates
Scheduling search committee meetings
Textbook Adoption process assistance-tracking adoptions in Concierge, reporting to chairs
Take minutes at faculty, faculty/staff, and other meetings as needed.
Prepare correspondence, letters, memos, reports.
Answer phone/oversee cobdeansoffice email address.
Assist with coordination/management of COB events, faculty/staff meetings, Business Advisory and Accounting Advisory Council meetings, etc.
Assist in logistical coordination of AACSB accreditation visits.
Schedule conference rooms in COB.
Assist in oversight of social media presence.
Assist with ongoing supply inventory and annual asset inventory.
Maintain copiers/supplies and inventory/order office supplies.
Provide administrative support to COB committees/task forces as needed.
Travel & Peard requests and expense reports as a backup to Business Coordinator Ill.
Sending out NOA's to faculty/adjuncts/teaching specialists via DocuSign and filing in appropriate location on l:drive and making updates to spreadsheets, as necessary as a backup to Business Coordinator Ill.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
High school diploma or GED.
Four (4) years of related experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience: Associate 's degree and two (2) years of related experience or Bachelor's degree.
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
SALARY: $16.50 - $17.02/hourly ($34,320 - $35,400/annually, approximately)
Salary is dependent upon education and/or experience.
