Description:

　　Job Duties:

　　Enter completions for the wicks department. This entails mostly data entry around the products.

　　Entering into NetSuite how much wick is used for products

　　Enter how much wick is left after project completion

　　Update where the wick is being sent to

　　Scanning documents into the system

　　Scheduling timelines for when machines will need to perform jobs

　　Other administrative duties as needed

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bilingual strongly preferred

　　excel experience

　　must be able to work with different personalities

　　Previous experience in a manufacturing setting (prefer clerical or office role but open to someone from shop floor)- 3-6 months minimum
