About Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team in SARATOGA SPGS, New York. Our industry revolves around providing quality service to our customers. As an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, you will be tasked with various responsibilities including maintaining customer records, processing applications, and addressing inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks including answering phone calls and other related duties as needed.

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer accounts and implement appropriate actions.

• Perform purchasing tasks and data entry operations.

• Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Provide customers with accurate and timely quotes.

• Oversee shipping and receiving procedures.

• Utilize spreadsheet software for various administrative and financial tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager.

• Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Demonstrable knowledge of Bills of Lading.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing data.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle office matters with utmost professionalism.

• Strong problem-solving skills to handle any office-related issues or disruptions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
