About Administrative Assistant-Court Clerk

　　Under the direction of the Office Manager/City Recorder, the Customer Service Clerk provides assistance to the public and other office personnel through performance of the following office duties; cash receipting, sorting mail, business licenses, building permits, secretarial duties, reconciliation, data entry and administrative tasks.  Assists with other clerical tasks as assigned.

　　 

　　Under the direction of the Court Supervisor, the Court Clerk will provide assistance to court patrons needing assistance with court cases.
