Job Title: Manager of Finance (Remote)

Payrate: $40/hr

Contract Type: Temp to hire

Hours: Start at 15 hours per week

The qualifications and job description is as follows:

Proven experience in finance management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial operations and reporting.

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance.

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
