　　The Administrative Assistant will have the ability to multitask, while managing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.

　　Answer phones

　　Data entry

　　Maintain filing systems

　　Assist with payroll duties

　　Invoicing

　　Maintain office and locates

　　Who we are looking for…

　　2+ years relevant experience

　　Proficient with Microsoft suite ( Excel, Word, etc.)

　　Organized

　　Fast learner

　　Self-starter with the ability to work on your own, comfortable taking on responsibilities without having to be continually directed

　　Ability to comfortably interact with management, fellow employees, third parties, etc. in a positive manner

　　Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks

　　Good verbal and written skills

　　Good problem solving skills

　　Ability to multitask several assignments simultaneously
