This position contributes to our vision by:
• Assembling electrical hardware following specified technical guidelines.
• Interpreting technical drawings, wire lists, and work instructions for material determination.
• Arranging components and wires for various assembly tasks.
• Attaching contacts, lugs, splices, and other terminal devices using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and soldering equipment.
• Performing inspections to ensure quality and defect-free assemblies.
• Embracing safe work practices and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Maintaining regular, reliable attendance.
• Undertaking additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Suitable for recent graduates or those with stable employment history and good attendance.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be a US Person.
Skills and Abilities:
• Pass visual acuity test for color blindness without corrective lenses and 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
• Demonstrate manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
• Develop a high degree of accuracy in following technical specifications (Beginner).
• Cultivate the ability to self-inspect work with strong attention to detail (Beginner).
• Nurture skills to interpret detailed specifications and instructions (Beginner).
• Acquire working knowledge of common hand tools (screwdriver, screw gun, wire cutters, pliers) (Beginner).
• Foster strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment (Advanced).
• Learn to use measuring instruments (Beginner).
• Develop basic computer skills, including navigating systems using a keyboard/mouse/barcode scanner (Beginner).
