The position of Key Account Manager will be based out of Santa Clara, CA!
Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for serving as an overall manager of assigned accounts including customer’s corporate relationships, contracts and compliance, expansion / renewal opportunities, pricing strategies, identification, and escalation of operational issues.
For the state of California only, the pay range is $120,000 to $176,000, depending upon qualifications, experience and other considerations permitted by law.
What You’ll Do
Grow sales for account customers to achieve budgeted sales and margin objectives
Pursue contract renewals to maximize profitable sales growth
Primary measurements include: sales growth, operating knowledge of customers, and strategy development
Coordinate Rexel’s other internal functions to support the customer: Pricing, Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Branch transactional
Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
High School or GED
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of related experience
Distribution/wholesales sales experience for large industrial customers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to present to executive level resources at key customers
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
Commitment to quality and strong customer focus
Ability to travel in assigned territory
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
