JOB DESCRIPTION
Global Mobile Administrator will manage projects and apply financial concepts and contract knowledge to meet business needs. The role will provide ongoing auditing and review of billing data, analysis of exception reports and coordination of contract compliance efforts in accordance with Service Level Agreements. A strong focus on project management, metric development and analysis, problem resolution, change management and process improvement that will track current performance and establish improved levels of success. With a focus on Mobility Management, Telecom Expense Management, and technical solution delivery in conjunction with Telecom providers and managed service providers.
Global Mobile Administrator Responsibilities:Provides internal customer communication and project leadership in support of respective platform activitiesIdentify regional business requirements and priorities to support and deliver programs across all business unitsExecute deployments of technology into Americas regionsEnsure operational support and SLA achievement of technologies and programsIdentify and implement continuous improvement and best practicesImprove workflows/resources and adhering to project deadlinesReviewing of provided reports and cost analysis, clarifications especially in case of deviations and monitoring of solutionsActively works with suppliers, IT Procurement incl. contract negotiations, other internal departmentsContinuous work on savings opportunitiesAssists in trouble reporting, escalation and resolutionCreates and maintains process documentationCoordinate and conduct training on best practices and policies; educates end user base on reports and tools available for cost savings and business value of respectiveMaintains contact with internal clients to ensure proper operation and client satisfactionMaintains an understanding of current and emerging technologies in respective Platform
Skills/Qualifications:3+ years of economical work experience; IT knowledge is a plusBachelor's and or associate degreeWorking knowledge of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Systems is desirableExcellent people and management communication skillsProject Management experience is preferredStrong communication skills in English and Spanish, verbal and writtenAbility to manage multiple tasks, assignments and enthusiastically support project goalsAbility to work with a diverse group of people of different skills, backgrounds, departments and management levelsPersonal computer skills including advances knowledge of ExcelAbility to work with strategic providers to meet customer needsExperience with International suppliers is a plus
