Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for team members to ensure utmost efficiency.

Handle data entry tasks, filing, order processing, and maintain impeccable attention to detail.

Provide administrative support by preparing correspondence, memos, and reports.

Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendors to ensure workplace operations run smoothly.

Assist with special projects as assigned while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

1+ years of administrative experience or a relevant skill set in a professional office environment (preferred).

Strong proficiency in scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve independently in a multitasking environment.

Strong organizational capabilities, with unwavering attention to detail and confidentiality.

Team player mentality, with the versatility to provide general office support as needed.
