　　Objectives of the Position

　　You will:

　　Act as the focal point and topic expert to Asia Pacific (APAC) sub-regional leaders for strategy development and execution as well as the Project Management Office (PMO) for regional and selected global strategy projectsJob Responsibilities

　　Consistently support the APAC sub-regional teams to think beyond day-to-day operational activities including conducting regular strategic dialogues and generating roadmaps

　　Drive and support regional strategic topics with regional functions and sub-regional teams, create impetus / structure to support the organization in shaping functional strategic roadmaps

　　As a member of the APAC regional leadership team, act as the central steering point for regional strategic action lists, utilizing the strategy dashboard to provide insights into strategy execution and to keep the focus on strategy implementation

　　Effectively communicate the strategic storyline and support the APAC refinish leadership team in communicating a vision that wins the crowd

　　Coordinate a network of strategy ambassadors and key initiative owners to amplify and drive strategic topics within the region and to keep focus on strategy implementation

　　Scouting and assessment/analysis of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) prospects in key markets and segments

　　Collaborate closely with the Market Intelligence team to develop deep industry understanding (market trends, market/competitor intelligence, etc.) by monitoring and analyzing the market becoming the strategic market’s subject matter experts and delivering tangible and actionable strategic insights

　　Contribute to project or manage global strategic topics as prioritized by the Global Refinish Leadership Team when required

　　Requirements

　　Master’s degree in Business, Technical or related discipline

　　Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience

　　Experience in in the Automotive Refinish Coatings industry. Particularly in the areas of strategy development, implementation, and project management

　　Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills with an innovative drive

　　Ability to develop strategic concepts and to influence and liaise with others

　　Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

　　Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously

　　Proficient in English
