About the role
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to multiple functions including but not limited to: Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Human Resources, along with providing key support to senior leaders. This individual will be responsible for researching, coordinating and executing employee events. The assistant will also serve as primary support for all front lobby visitors and vendors.
Responsibilities
Administrative support for senior leaders, including domestic and international travel, processing expenses and calendar managementResearch, coordination and execution of employee eventsAssist customer service with the following: customer orders and issues, effectively convey product information to customers, and initiate solutions and corrective actions for customers issuesGeneral administrative support to multiple departments -- HR, Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, and OperationsProvide support during customer visitsMiscellaneous HR/Administrative support to include but not limited to: scheduling interviews, managing applicants in the Applicant Tracking System, HR Reporting, front desk support for visitors and customers, power automate processes, and general administrative support to HRAdminister contract policy to all applicable documents, coordinating with corporate legalEfficiently process requisitions and follow up on statusQualifications
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively with all levels of employeesExcellent customer service skills with internal employees and external contactsAbility to problem-solve, prioritize and handle a multitude of projects simultaneouslyMust be able to handle extremely confidential informationProven record of working well with people in a team environmentMust be self-starter and able to work without supervisionPossess strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-taskBe flexible to accommodate shifting priorities and demandsEducation & Experience
High School diploma required, associate degree highly preferredMinimum 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant requiredExperience supporting multiple functions preferred What We Offer
