Earn $18/hrPosition SummaryThis position provides a variety of administrative functions in support of an office, department or function. The role monitors and influences the workplace for a department/site(s). May supervise several administrative support staff.Administrative SupportCreates a welcoming well-organized office environment for consumers, visitors, and employees, responding to routine to moderately complex inquires.Triages calls/inquiries appropriately.Compiles information from a variety of industry specific software programs to develop and deliver analyses in an easy understandable format using Microsoft Office programs. Provides basic to intermediate analysis and interpretation, such as outliers, trends, cause and effect.Creates moderately complex spreadsheets, databases, correspondence, documentation, presentations with limited direction that is referenced by management.May provide staffing support or on-boarding dutiesCalendaring & Meeting CoordinationMaintains executive, manager, department/office schedule by planning and scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences, teleconferences without consultation.Arranges details of complicated travel; may involve lengthy travel - prepares itinerary, appointment contacts and materials needed for meetings.Organizes local/regional meetings and events (e.g. venue, catering, room blocks, outings), coordinating and independently compiling information for presentation(s).May prepare minutes and lessons learned, following up with participants as needed.Liaison with external contractors and vendorsRegularly participates in departmental/site meetingsFinancial SupportPossess the financial aptitude to recommend straightforward actions by analyzing, interpreting data and identifying trends.Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to formally present financial data in a professional, clear and concise manner.May oversee the billing or other financial process within a site(s)/departmentCoordinates and submits reimbursements.ProjectsRegulates flow of work within projects/teams/units/organizations to ensure completion of the goal.Conducts significant research and concisely articulates findingsMay serve as the lead on small projectsReviews operating practices, recommends and implement improvements where needed.MiscellaneousMaintain and ensure that consumers confidentiality is always adhered to, along with ensuring that all day to day aspects of compliance are being followed.Complies with Merakey Policy and Procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.
