Administrative Assistant

　　Temp 1 month assignment

　　Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturday hours)

　　Pay Rate: $16 per hour

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide administrative support to the Vice President for Enrollment Management

　　Coordinate travel plans for the VP

　　Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

　　Manage the VP's attendance calendar

　　Schedule appointments and meetings for the VP

　　Maintain a professional phone voice and excellent customer service

　　Utilize organizational skills for efficient office management

　　Previous experience in Higher Education is preferred

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

　　Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Professional attire and demeanor

　　Previous experience in Higher Education is a plus
