  Necessary Skills

  · 1+ years of administrative experience

  · Data entry experience Projects

  · Strong Microsoft Excel experience (v look up, pivot tables, formulas)

  · Typing and Microsoft Excel testing required

  A day in the role…

  · Support dedicated branch teams with all areas of operations program maintenance, training, and education.

  · Oversee end to end fleet management programs which include providing reports containing compliance data, monitoring, scheduling installation and providing reports on GPS units.

  · Maintaining accurate Fuel Card data, resolve PIN discrepancies and run audits against drivers.

  · Maintaining, organizing, and coordinating accurate driver documentation, including MVR records.

  · Educate and train branch teams on proper compliance protocol.

  · Assisting in coordination of all DOT annual inspections, maintaining, and submitting documents for FMCSA requirements.

  · Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies to help reduce expenses and improve efficiency.

  · Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand o Perform cost and scenario analysis while partnering with reliable vendors and suppliers.

  · Support the annual asset audit process by developing tools and resources to analyze compliance results and develop an action plan for reconciliation.

  · Processing requests for telecommunication account updates such as cell phone, iPad, and MIFI upgrades, as well as accurately allocating charges for monthly billing reporting to accounting.

  · Assists with other various administrative tasks and special

  projects as required.
