　　Twój zakres obowiązków

　　Bieżący kontakt z Klientem, uzgadnianie warunków i planów wysyłek produktowych

　　Realiz acja zamówień klienta zgodnie z wymaganiami i harmonogram dostaw

　　Wystawianie dokumentów sprzedażowych

　　Przetwarzanie zamówień w systemie ERP

　　Monitorowanie i wsparcie w ciągłym doskonaleniu wszystkich elementów Obsługi Klienta

　　Rozpatrywanie reklamacji logistycznych

　　Uczestnictwo w wdrażaniu nowych rozwiązań systemowych i konfiguracjach

　　Nasze wymagania

　　Min. 3-4 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (mile widzian e doświadczenie w firmie produkcyjnej)

　　Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (wykorzystywany w codziennej pracy)

　　Wykształcenie wyższe (mile widziane kierunkowe w obszarze l ogistyki)

　　Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office , w tym szczególnie MS Excel

　　Mile widziana znajomość systemu SAP

　　Umiejętność pracy w zespole , elastyczność , otwartość i komunikatywność

　　Ścisła współpraca z innymi działami
