Job Description:
Will be taking about 50-60 calls from providers each day
Responsible for discussing bills and coverage for members and membership guidelines (example: could be calling to verify member's coverage, guidelines for coverage, and appeals, etc.)
Will be sending follow-up emails/information to providers/members to make sure they have all of the information required
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience working in a medical setting for at least 2 years (within the last 5 years)
Familiarity with talking about coding in general (ICD-10), medical procedures, insurance verification etc.
Hard wired internet – closed-door work space when working from home
Pay: $18/hr
Work Environment:
Hybrid Schedule (2 days remote/3 days in office)
Faith Based, Christian organization
Schedule: Monday-Friday – 8 hour shift between 8 am-9pm
Worksite Location: Melbourne, FL 32934
