You will perform a full range of administrative duties including booking travel, record keeping and clerical work.Key Responsibilities:Maintain records of documents processed and controls to assure completion/compliance.Participate and assist with office projects.Fill in during vacations and absences of other admin staff.Use a variety of word processing software to type letters, reports and presentation materials.Maintain established databases and generates reports from such data.Maintain accounting filing.Perform other duties, as assigned.What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:RequiredHigh school diploma or GED.Minimum of two years related experience.PreferredAssociates degree from an accredited college or university in related field from an accredited college or university.Strong Computer skills in MS Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel.Strong data entry skills.Pay Range: $19.03 - $23.60HourlyTotal Compensation:At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
