GREENFIELD Administrative Assistant The RECOVER Project is apeer-to-peer support center, meaning that we base our approach torecovery on equality between paid roles and supported roles, value thewisdom of lived experience over traditional models, and prioritizeself-determination as it relates to abstinence, harm reduction, the manypathways of recovery, and individuals\' desired ways of interactingwithin the community. A candidate with personal lived experience in substance userecovery and a demonstrated commitment to social justice is required.Our Administrative Assistant will work within and build upon theexisting systems as they relate to the administrative and operationalfunctioning of the center, be responsible for accurate record keeping,coordinate the center\'s operational needs, inventory and orderingmanagement, data tracking and reporting, administrative support, andwork collaboratively with the center\'s Peer Staff Members on developingtheir understanding and skills in respect to the administrative andoperational functions of the center. Qualifications: Candidate withlived experience with substance use and demonstrated stability inrecovery and healing. Demonstrated experience in administrative support.Ability to identify and coordinate processes to meet administrative andoperational needs. Proficient in Office 365, data management and socialmedia. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability towork independently as well as within a team. Strong ability toprioritize time and tasks to meet deadlines.
