Description:
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean orderly work areas• Lead a multi-craft maintenance crew to effectively repair plant assets; provides training and development in the areas of safety, technology, safe work procedures, and craft skills to achieve a safe, efficient maintenance operation in a 24 x 7 environment• Expected to support any breakdowns 24 x 7 with assistance from Help Chain• Maintain and service to all assigned plant equipment, including (but not restricted to) electrical power and control, fabrication and construction of plant equipment, replacement of damaged and worn equipment components and service and repair all plant equipment• Manage core-planning efforts to obtain major job completions in a cost-effective manner with minimum production disruption• Review maintenance work schedules and performance to minimize errors or delays and improve scheduling effectiveness• Enhance a Preventative Maintenance system to deliver a higher uptime than previously accomplished• Set the standards and give the team feedback

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Leadership experience that can give real examples of keeping teammates safe.• A minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting, preferably with heavy machinery• 3-5 yrs. experience in management and leadership with the ability to hire, lead, hold accountable and manage team members• Organization skills that support a preventative maintenance approach and inventory of the correct spare parts• Demonstrate ability over time to perform tasks described without seeking outside assistance• Advanced knowledge of the following maintenance disciplines: Rigging, AC/DC motors, gearbox mechanics, hydraulics, lubrication principles, welding, cutting torch, NFPA 70E, electrical and PLC logic and common maintenance tools.
