  POSITION SUMMARY:

  The administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Leadership and Employees. This includes office support, maintaining files, and dealing with highly confidential, highly sensitive information and trustworthy in handling both.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Handles telephone calls, prioritizes/re-directs mail, makes copies, and files

  May make routine travel, meeting, and conference arrangements. May be responsible for coordinating corporate vehicles .

  Maintains and operates office equipment and may order office supplies

  Gathers information and coordinates flow of information

  Maintains a professional attitude and work ethic in the workplace, focusing on improving quality and knowledge of work, commitment to Company policies and procedures, decision-making abilities and creativity.

  Assists in the coordination and completion of special projects and/or events as appropriate.

  Performs other duties as needed

  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  High School Diploma or equivalent required

  Strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, demonstrate self-initiative and decision making

  0-3 Years of Experience
