An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role, the CS Compensation Plans analyst will be involved in the communication, implementation, administration and reporting of deferred awards – stock and cash-based instruments – granted under the Firm wide Share Plan on a global basis. The role will focus on supporting the cash variable incentive award repayment process. There will also be an opportunity to work on some of the UBS integration activities. * You will be joining a global team who will provide in-depth training on the repayment process and on the CS/UBS Comp Plan structure. You will build and develop relationships with key stakeholders globally such as HR, Legal, Payroll, Financial Control supporting each with your subject matter expertise and providing analytics in support of the reconciliation and implementation of key deferred compensation processes. We are looking for: * A university degree or equivalent education. Proven experience within a financial services industry is desirable but not essential. * Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). * Proficiency in Human Resource information management systems such an Oracle is desirable but not essential. * Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
