Description

　　Support the IT executive team - CIO and 3 VPs throughout the country. The position is 100% in office in Jacksonville

　　Support the IT team in all initiatives

　　Assist executives with travel and setting up training throughout the country

　　Must be an expert level user with PowerPoint to prepare field roll out information

　　Will assist with organization wide communication about IT updates and initiatives

　　Coordinate training and follow up with field operations

　　Prepare and facilitate time lines for IT roll outs and deadlines for projects

　　Desire:

　　Bachelors degree

　　Strong multi-tasking skills

　　Independent with strong initiative

　　Customer service attitude

　　Mastery of all MS Office tools

　　Valid passport to be able to on rare occasion travel to Corp HQ in Canada

　　Degree

　　At least 5 years supporting executives

　　Expert Level Power Point User

　　Strong MS Office skills
