Job Overview
The Clinical Dietitian Associate develops the skills to providecomprehensive, safe, and ethical medical nutrition therapy to patients,families, and other clients in inpatient or outpatient settings.We are looking for a team player who is interested in working with a varietyof pediatric patient populations, who is eager to learn and grow in theircareer. This position is primarily inpatient with some outpatient cliniccoverage.

Department: Clinical NutritionHours per week: PRN -- vaires as neededShift: 8-10 hour shifts; 3-4 days/week. Weekend and Holiday Rotation.
Qualifications
EDUCATION - Master's Degree required.EQUIVALENCY - Bachelor Degree with Registered Dietitians (RD) orRegistered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) adhering to the Commission ofDietetic Registration guidelines required.LICENSURES - Registered Dietitians (RD) or Registered DietitianNutritionists (RDN) required.

Assesses, plans, and delivers accurate medical nutrition therapy usingestablished standards and evidence.
Incorporates principles of culture-competence and family-centered care.

Pursues professional growth and skill development. Accountable in learningfrom trainers/mentors for ongoing self-development.
Actively contributes to rounds, care conferences, and care coordination.Collaborates and promotes teamwork to achieve positive patient and clientoutcomes across the organization and/or within the department.
Proactively connects with Cli ical Nutrition team members and otherdisciplines in the organization to identify Clinical Nutrition-relatedissues, potential solutions, and opportunities for quality and processimprovement.
