In this exciting opportunity, you will support the End User Sales Director for Germany .
Responsibilities:
Manage themanager‘s calendar and set up meetings.
Agenda preparation, invitations to speakers, and tracking of action items.
Make travel and accommodations arrangements.
Prepare and track expense reports.
Onboarding new hires.
Assisting with administrative tasks associated with the cost center(s) budget(s).
Translations English/German.
Prepare communicationsand presentations forthe manager.
Drive specific projects that drive team engagement.
Producing high-quality deliverables and interactions contributing to a positive experience internally and externally.
Education and Experience Required:
High school education or equivalent; some college level education preferred.
Multiple years of general administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration programs (e.g., Skype, Zoom, Teams).
Skills Required :
Fluent knowledge of English and German.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proven organizational and time management skills. The ability to support multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
Ability to represent the team with a professional demeanor. Supports the organization’s culture with high-energy and a positive approach internally and externally.
Team playing skills.
Regarded as the key general administrative employee of the work unit/department and is a primary general administrative employee in the department/division.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual / work from home environment.
A high degree of flexibility to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.
