How We Describe Our ACT Services:
We describe our ACT model as an evidenced based program where therapists work within a team model to provide intensive therapeutic and case management services to adult clients with severe mental illness in our community. Our goal is to reduce hospitalizations and increase living skills to support clients in their recovery and increase stability in all areas of their lives.
Our intensive therapeutic services include:
You will provide services to a client several times a week in a community-based setting (ACT fidelity is between 3-4 times per week).
Clients are more acute in their symptoms and severity of mental illness; therefore you will participate in a good amount of crisis de-escalation and intervention.
Job Profile:
Do you have experienced providing services to clients with severe mental illness?
Are you looking for a role where you are out in the community, working with your clients, about 10, in their homes, transporting and helping them with many activities?
Are you looking for a role where you will have long-term client therapeutic relationships?
Are you looking to manage a small caseload of high need clients needing both psychotherapy and complex case management?
This is an active role! You will contact clients, make appointments, manage your schedule in a regionalized area, so you will be on the go. But we want you to take care of your own self-care too.

What we need for this job:
Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years experience in a clinical setting
Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Or fully licensed within twenty-four (24) months of hire
Mastery of evidence-based psychotherapy models and practice
Experience working with severe mental illness and case management
