　　The Compensation Range for this position is $105k - $115k per year.

　　ManTech is seeking a Trial Director to plan and conduct acquisition and analysis of at-sea acoustic evaluations.

　　Plans and conducts acquisition and analysis of at-sea acoustic evaluations.

　　Must be able to lead a team to completion of analysis and reporting of at-sea results and recommendations.​

　　Ensures data quality in real time and uses personal judgment to determine the best path forward as an evaluations objectives change.

　　Prepares written, technical reports that identify emergent issues and works with team members to present recommendations for remediation.

　　Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

　　Minimum Requirements

　　A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Physics

　　Previous Officer of the Deck (OOD) underway or equivalent experience

　　Possess knowledge of, and be proficient in, working with U.S. Uniformed Services ships to include a minimum of 3 years of hands-on, demonstrated experience with navigation and/or piloting safety.

　　Possess an established, demonstrated track-record of project management and successful task completion to include coordinating U.S. Navy ship operations with a test and evaluation program agenda.

　　5-10 years of experience with both submarine and surface ship acoustics. The experience shall also include a thorough understanding of acoustic measurement systems, in-water measurement arrays, the interfacing of hardware and the development of software. Individuals shall have an established track record of project management of system development and integration.

　　Clearance Level Required: The ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
