　　The Accreditation Coordinator is a member of the Quality Team who is responsible for the development, implementation, education and maintenance of the health system’s regulatory readiness program. This position is integral to the health system’s success in achieving and demonstrating conformance to relevant regulations and standards, offering a value-added depth of knowledge and expertise to enable SEIRMC to successfully meet the regulations, advance standards-based practice, and sustain a culture of continuous readiness. Candidates will need a broad knowledge of the regulatory and accreditation environment; the ability to identify relevant statutes, regulations and standards; and skill and expertise to oversee their successful adoption and evaluation.

　　Required:

　　Bachelor's degree in healthcare field

　　Hospital experience – 5 years
